Shipping policy

In-stock items

For in-stock items, we strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on the destination country. Please note that our processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. 

Pre-Order Items

If you have purchased a pre-order item, please note that the estimated shipping time for such items is around 2-4 weeks. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the specific country. We will do our best to provide accurate estimates and keep you informed about any changes or delays regarding your pre-order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applicable upon delivery, for which the recipient is solely responsible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@thepanichood.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that address changes may cause delays in delivery.

 

 

Return policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thepanichood.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
